"We biked the Miami Trail recently. It was hot, hot, hot!  But, as promised the trail had lots of shade and that made the riding almost bearable. I think the heat index was about 104 so the ride would have been quite a challenge. In addition, as promised, the trail was flat! Finally, we stayed at Hardy's Haven (a B&B we found on your site) and found it to be just wonderful -- clean, great location, gracious hosts, and air- conditioned! We entered the trail in South Lebanon, a short car ride from Hardy's Haven. Your web site is wonderful and I would encourage even novice bikers to give the Miami Trail a try -- it really is flat, shady and beautiful and Hardy's Haven is a wonderful and romantic place to retire to at the end of a long day of biking."
